Preventive Maintenance Contracts

The lowest-cost service call is the one you never have to make. A PM contract keeps your doors safe, compliant, and out of the emergency call rotation.

Quarterly PM

Full inspection and lubrication every 90 days. Recommended for high-traffic entrances at hospitals, grocery stores, and transit hubs. Includes written inspection report.

Semi-Annual PM

Two visits per year covering all mechanical and electrical components. Appropriate for moderate-traffic commercial and retail entrances.

Annual PM

Annual inspection combined with ANSI/BHMA compliance test. Ideal for office buildings, hospitality, and government facilities with lower cycle counts.

ANSI/BHMA A156.10

Standard for power-operated pedestrian doors. We test opening force, closing speed, sensor detection zones, and breakout force — and document each measurement against the standard.

ADA / Section 504 Compliance

Verify that activation devices, clear width, opening force, and timing meet ADA and local accessibility code requirements. Written report provided for your records.

Joint Commission Readiness

Healthcare facilities undergoing Joint Commission surveys need documentation of door functionality and safety device operation. We know what surveyors look for.
